PHPSurveyor happens to be a web application installed on the user's server. After the installation, the users have the permission to manage the survey from a web-interface. The rich text can be used while making the questions and messages for the surveys by using the rich text editor. Besides images and videos can also be put into the surveys. By modifying the templates, the layouts and designs can also be changed as per the requirements. There is no limit for the surveys, make as many as you want.
